G1 Drafting Services is a British Columbia-registered drafting company established in 2024, providing specialized CAD drafting support for land surveying and related land development work.
The company was founded by Jeevan Kaushal following his professional experience within a British Columbia land surveying firm. This experience provided a practical understanding of survey drafting workflows, CAD standards, technical drawing production and established professional review processes.
Operating through a fully remote production model, G1 provides flexible drafting capacity for individual assignments, overflow workloads and ongoing production requirements. We work from client-supplied information and project scope, adapting our drafting to each firm’s established CAD standards and workflows.
G1 is available to support land surveying and land development teams across Canada and the United States.

Jeevan holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering and an M.E. in Construction Technology & Management, with professional experience spanning CAD drafting, land surveying support, utilities and construction-related work.
His experience within a British Columbia land surveying firm includes the production of topographic, as-built, subdivision, strata, air space and other survey drawings, along with CAD standards, revisions and QA/QC workflows.
His broader professional background also includes utility and OSP CAD drafting for U.S.-based projects, along with construction and project coordination experience in India and Australia.
He founded G1 Drafting Services to provide land surveying firms and land development teams with dependable, flexible CAD drafting capacity built around their established standards and production workflows.
